How to go through your Ameriplan training
1. Watch the new consultants orientation call
In your back office under e-Kits some new toolbars have been added. Log into your back office and watch the videos under the BC Training Videos tab. This is important! These videos will also go over all the details of your back office. NOTE: The Ameripet plan is not available at this time. Ameriplan is working on bringing this plan back.
You can download the mobile app on your smart phone. Ameriplan will send you an email with a personalized link to download the app. Your username for the app is your consultant id number. The group number APDC0001.
2. Set up your websites
You have 3 marketing websites, a back office and a contact form as part of your benefits that Ameriplan gives us. Here is what they are and what they are for:
Your benefit plans website: https://yourusername.savewithdiscounthealthcare.com
Your business opportunity website. You can also log into your back office on this website: https://yourusername.ameriplanopportunity.com
Your combo plans and opportunity website: https://deliveringonthepromise.com/yourusername
Your personalized contact form where people can message you online. They will receive a free Rx (prescription) card when they message you. You can also use this contact form as a marketing tool: https://yourusername.ameriplanopportunity.com/LandingPage/FreeRX_Contact
You'll want to personalize the URL links for these websites. Right now they have your consultant ID number as your username. You want to change that. Go to www.ameriplanopportunity.com and log in with your consultant id number you received in your welcome email. The last four numbers of your social security number is your password.
In the menu bar go to Settings>Website Settings. Under Website Popup Capture check the box to allow your prospect’s to fill out the form in the pop up box when they visit your website.
3. HOW TO SET UP A FREE GOOGLE FORM LEAD CAPTURE PAGE
Creating a Google Form is a free, effective way to generate your own leads and capture their information. You can even use it like a free personal webpage for your business if you want to. You can connect your form to a Google Sheet so that any time someone fills out your form their information is automatically put into a Google Sheet for you and you can contact them right away. A Google Form is EASY to create and you can have one set up in MINUTES! This form can be like a mini webpage for you to share general company information and collect leads from. You can also purchase an inexpensive domain name (website name) and forward it to your Google Sheet as well.
To create a new Google Sheet go to https://docs.google.com/forms. You will need to then log in to your Google/Gmail account. To create a new document click on the blank page with the colored plus sign.
Start creating your form. You can add any questions or information that you would like to collect from your leads. You can also add photos, videos, and customize the header photo and color theme. Here is what my form looks like so you can see what questions I ask. I use my form for both the biz opportunity and benefits info requests. I use this form a lot in my online advertising as an application form rather than using my website. That way I have the prospects information so I can stay in contact with them.
Make sure the toggle next to "Accepting Responses" is GREEN
Now every time someone fills out your Google Form your responses will be added to a Google Spreadsheet. You will also receive an email every time someone fills out your form. You can view your responses directly on your Google form by clicking on the "Responses" tab or you can access your Google sheet attached to your form at https://sheets.google.com/ and sign in using the Gmail account you used to create your form.
4. HOW TO GET TO REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR FAST AND EARN A $200 BONUS
Now that you have your back office and websites set up let's talk about making money! As a new consultant you have the opportunity to earn a $200 bonus if you enroll five consultants or benefit plan members in your first TEN (10) days as a new consultant! Start by asking your warm market such as people you already know like friends and family who may need the business opportunity and/or the benefit plans! You can also do get enrollments from your own marketing techniuqes both on and offline. See the training resources below for more details on marketing. This bonus is in ADDITION to the normal commissions you receive when you enroll consultants and/or benefit plan members!
